The Chrome extension sends from your real account at human pace, which is meaningfully safer than API-based bulk senders or server-side bots. We won't promise what Meta does — we can only give you the guardrails.

Yes. Our AI first-message writer is built on Anthropic Claude, which handles Polish natively — regional phrasing and casual vs. formal register — and we test PL output before every release.
We store only what the product needs: your IG access token (for profile + conversation sync), the leads and conversations you create, and your settings. You can export your leads to CSV or delete your account entirely from Settings. We never share, sell, or use your data to train AI models. Infrastructure is currently on Railway in the US — if your agency needs strict EU data residency, tell us and we'll flag it as a blocker.
DM Hero uses Meta's Graph API for account linking and inbox sync (stable, officially supported). Outbound sending happens through the Chrome extension on your own machine, which is less tied to API changes. If Meta deprecates something we rely on, we'll ship a fallback and notify you before it affects your account.
